Cardston Alberta Canada Heritage Days

One of the highlights of an August, Canada trip are the Cardston Heritage Days. The whole town celebrates its heritage with a parade, rodeo, and Mudd Bogg. I don't know what it is about the small town activities, but they bring back so many memories for me. I love watching my boys share in some of the same expereinces I enjoyed when I was a little girl.

Feeding the horses at Grandpa's barn

Going for a carriage ride

Cheering on the trucks at the Mudd Bogg

Grandpa and Uncle Randy in the parade
The Cahoon parade gathering by the post office

The Family around Uncle Kelly's Truck at the parade

A little video of Mudd Bogging ( I had never heard of it until I experienced it last year). The boys loved collecting the candy thrown at them during the parade.
