Budapest

Szent István-bazilika (up in the top area overlooking the city)

We drove into Budapest early Monday morning and spent the day touring the great city. So many amazing buildings to look at. We walked for probably four hours before relaxing at the public bath house.

Hero's Square
A Disney Castle?
An afternoon at the Szechenyi Thermal Bath and Spa. There are about 30 pools inside the buildings and  a few Saunas in the basement.

Castle Hill at night
Castle Hill was one of my favorite places. We ate dinner at this nice Hungarian restaurant where they had live music. The violinist  came to our table and asked for a request. I said Moon River, and he played the most beautiful rendition I've ever heard. The night was magic.
